contains great tip
Dear Sir,
Awesome. I want to heartily commend and congratulate you and the SFI team (which includes all of us affiliates) for the clarifications/explanations addressing the "misconceptions" held by affiliates on the New Compensation Plan Improvements (NCPI), Smart Start and 'What's ahead etc. You are not only a leader full of innovations, you tirelessly churn these innovations out for the continuous improvement of SFI and that what makes SFI arguably, in your words, "the biggest and most successful affiliate program in history". I quite agree with you Sir. You are a blessing to SFI and indeed the world.
I have these piece of advise, admonition or charge to all us SFI team leaders:
(1) Make it an habit to visit the forum for at least 1-2 hours everyday (after completing your "to-do-list" of activities), not necessarily to make contribution (if you don't have any) but to learn and add to your own knowledge what others have learnt and experienced; to read discussions from more experienced SFI leaders on issues or questions that may have been a challenge to you. What I usually do is to click or check the "notify me of replies to this post". below any of such discussions. Try it out now by clicking the notification button below this post. Of course, also feel free to ask questions or make contribution here or outside this team forum if have to.
(2)In-line with our leadership DUPLICATION objective or strategy for our success in SFI, I will strongly advise that you feel free to DUPLICATE, cascade or re-stream any of our up-line posts that you agree with to your down lines as I do to any of such ideas from my up-line. Especially, be open minded, welcome and DUPLICATE ideas, innovations from the President & his team because what is good for the gees is good for the gander. Mr. Gery Carson & his team would NOT do anything or take any step to hurt the company they have labored to build for over 20 years. Hence, what is good for SFI, is good for you and your team.
(3) Worthy of note, in today's modern world, most people don't really want to be followers (even in a marriage), they want to be leaders but are NOT ready to take up leadership responsibility. They give excuses for every or any failure and never take responsibility for the challenge of leadership. We must be ready for what Voltaire called, "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility". As true leaders that we truly are, lets take responsibility in helping others in our team and under our watch to bring out the leadership potential in them and see them SUCCEED. Never giving up on any affiliate until they give up on themselves or the SFI system gives them up due to the long time period of inactivity. Please don't give up! True leaders don't give up in the course they believe in. They "fight on! Some even to the point of death, like the Good/True Shepherd. I see a very bright light at the end of the SFI tunnel and very soon!
These are huge challenges/responsibilities that require dedication, patience, hard-work and above all, wisdom. At the same time these are huge opportunities for business breakthrough. Like someone aptly describes situations like this, as "opportunities come disguised in form of hard work or as challenges and most lazy people miss it! Only the hard-working, that love challenges ever seize it!(paraphrased). Let's get down to business and harness every opportunity that SFI offers at this time to explode into a world of prosperity.
To our success,
