What I do is I send them their first welcome email when I get a new PSA and send them an icebreaker at the same time and they will respond back with sending me an ice breaker that they would like to chat via email and the message "I'm ready to chat".
Usually I respond like:"Welcome to my team and I am here to assist you in building your SFI business and please check your email for any instructions on how to get started!
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need my personal assistance!"
Most of them will reply back and some of them after the "I'm ready to chat" will not even read at your messages!
But we are not ought to give up on them, we need to look for solutions on how to keep them active and respond to our messages.
What I do is, I keep sending them motivational emails and some will log in and connect with me, but the rest will stay inactive.
