5 tips to navigating the SFI Affiliate Center

Your SFI Affiliate Center home page provides you with a wealth of information about the latest SFI news, notices, and statistics; your own to-do list, daily business tips, streaming posts from you and your team members; and much more! It’s truly your one-stop SFI business summary. Consequently, finding your way around this resource is a vital part of your success. Following are some tips to help you navigate your SFI Affiliate Center:

1. To quickly return to your homepage page from anywhere at the Affiliate Center, just click the SFI Logo in the header.

2. Not sure where to find something at the Affiliate Center? Use the Sitemap (located in the footer of every page). Tip within a tip: Use your browser’s webpage search (e.g. for Safari, it’s Command-F) to quickly find whatever you’re looking for on the Sitemap.

3. Quickly get to popular places like the Genealogy, the Forum, Support, and the VP Ledger by using Hot Spots menu (designated by a flame icon) found in the main menu bar.

4. To view and learn from Affiliate Manager Snapshots of affiliates on leaderboards, winner’s lists, etc., just click their name.

5. Quick jump to any Zing Network site (TripleClicks, Rewardicals, Localvantia, Eager Zebra, Astro Auctions)—and be automatically logged in—by clicking on the Zing lightening bolt logo in the right side of the main menu bar.

Connect with your affiliates online!

Find and communicate with your team members currently online and logged in to the Affiliate Center…Just look for the green “chat status ball” on your Genealogy report, on the My Movers page, on Affiliate Snapshots, and on your Upline Team page. Just click the green ball to initiate an online conversation with that affiliate.

A few tips:

1. If you’re chatting with a person who’s primary language is different than your own, keep Google Translate open in another browser window so you can cut and paste text as needed to translate your conversation.

2. When initiating contact with downline members, focus on how you can help them. Support and assist your downline, and you will build a stronger, more profitable group.

3. You don’t have to wait until an affiliate is online to initiate a chat. Your chat message will be waiting for your affiliate the next time he/she logs in to the Affiliate Center.

NOTE: The “Chat Status Ball” may display in the following ways:

* Gray outlined (hollow) ball = not online
* Green ball = online
* Green ball with exclamation point = online and chat initiated/waiting for you to respond
* Gray ball with exclamation point = offline and chat initiated/waiting for you to respond

What to do with your inactive affiliates?

 

Nudge your inactive affiliates back to action

Nobody likes being pressured. But you could try a more casual approach to encouraging your inactive affiliates to at least log back into the Affiliate Center and check out SFI’s latest updates, enhancements, and programs. Simply send an “Inactive” E-Card to affiliates in your downline who haven’t taken any action in a while. These fun, colorful messages let your affiliates know you’re thinking of them and would like to hear from them again. Just go to your Genealogy, click the paper airplane icon to the far right of the report for your chosen affiliate, select INACTIVE from the E-Card category drop down menu and click the INITIATE button. Then simply follow the directions to create your E-Card and send to your affiliate.
