The sooner every sponsor speaks about "Sales" with their down line, the better.
No doubt gathering the VP will help any one to maintain the Rank. That alone will not help as for as earning is concerned.
Real income lies in promoting sale of TripleClicks as well as the products of other ECAs.
We have to:
1. Guide them on what are all the products available here;
2. Help them on how to navigate and how to find out the products of their choice;
3. Show them how "Collections" can be created & what are all the advantages of doing it;
4. Explain how some of our Monthly requirements like Groceries, Cosmetics, etc can be purchased;
5. Give them reference of ECAs that sell these products on "Combi Offers";
6. Provide them details of commissions that can be earned by promoting products keeping the Seasons, Festivals, etc
in mind;
7. Encourage them to get their Friends buy their Family's requirements from here;
8. Motivate them to introduce Organizations or individuals that have good quality, fast moving products, as ECAs;
9. Make them understand how they themselves can become an ECA if only they are already in business;
10. Detail the advantages of introducing PRMs.
11. Clarify everything about "TripleClicks Executive Pool".
This way, as Sponsors we should focus on Sale of TripleClicks Products as well as other ECAs'.
We should explain everything about "Sales" without losing hope. If we keep doing it, the right way, everyone will understand and start focusing on Sales.
Once they taste the initial sales and the income associated with it, however tiny it is, they will go ahead with all seriousness and more action plans!
