Smart Start gets bigger, better...smarter!

Effective later this week, we will be DOUBLING the number of CSAs that all new SFI sign-ups can receive!

Instead of the current FIVE, new affiliates will now be able to grab TEN free CSAs, just for joining SFI!

That's not all.  By going EA within 48 hours, they can now add 56 additional CSAs (66 total).  

And if they do the Ultimate Smart Start (set up a 1500 VP Auto-Delivery for TCredits within 48 hours), they'll now receive a whopping 100 total CSAs!  

What a terrific way to jump-start one's new business!

For all existing affiliates building their teams, this is also fantastic news because:

1. Twice as many CSAs means lots more new sign-ups will become active, go EA, and set up Auto-Deliveries.  

2. Twice as many CSAs means a much higher incentive to not lose one's EA status (no one wants to forfeit a big group of CSAs that could generate great income for them in the months ahead).

3. Of course, many new affiliates receiving these CSAs will ultimately not go EA or WILL forfeit the CSAs received.  So who will receive these tens of thousands of forfeited CSAs?  Team Leaders of course...via our Second Home CSA program.  So, there's now an even bigger reason to become and maintain monthly Team Leader status!  July would be a great month to go TL!

THERE'S MORE!

For quite some time, we've been funneling all new affiliates to LaunchPad.  LaunchPad is a tremendous resource of course...but perhaps it's too much information for most brand new affiliates.  We certainly hear plenty of feedback that suggests that new affiliates are often overwhelmed--and we'd like to fix this.

So, we're going to test a different approach!  With this updated Smart Start, we're no longer funneling new affiliates to LaunchPad.  Instead, after they've chosen their CSAs, we're simply offering them two options:

1. Learn how to REFER MEMBERS
2. Learn how to SPONSOR AFFILIATES

Our objectives are to keep it nice and simple...and provide concise, ACTIONABLE instructions to start earning money.

To that end...

If they choose the REFER MEMBERS option, they'll see a short list of actions they can do IMMEDIATELY--that very minute! These include pre-written ads (that include their affiliate link) they can start using as their email signature, ads for sharing on social media, and so on.  They're also provided access to new e-cards they can begin using immediately.

Likewise, if they choose the SPONSOR AFFILIATES option, they'll be provided pre-written, ready-to-go ads, e-cards, and so on.

In both cases, the key is, they can do something RIGHT NOW to kick off their new business. We feel this could have a BIG impact on activity levels!

What about all the great stuff in LaunchPad and at the Affiliate Center?  Between our welcome email message and other subsequent messages, don't worry, they'll learn about both in good time.  But let's try a different approach!  Let's see if by providing a short list of simple actions that anyone with even the slightest computer skills can tackle, we can get many more of our new affiliates engaged. Sound good?  Let's do it!

Hello everyone, hope your all having great evening or morning!

So today I wanted to talk about everything that happened in the month of July.
After months of my sleeping beauties they are slowly waking up and starting to work in their businesses and reading their launchpad lessons. How exciting is that? I know I am super happy and so excited!

But do you know how and why is this happening? 
Because I didn't give up on any of my team members, and I keept sending E-Cards of each changes in SFI, kept reminding them what an amazing opportunity they are letting to slip out of the tips of their fingers. I kept sending the new updates and how great the New Comp Plan was. Let them know that now is the time to wake up and work harder, that now isn't the time to go into the deep sleep or keep being asleep. 

I didn't throw the towel and said I am discouraged and tired, I didn't quit that easily.
Having an inactive members shouldn't be the reason to quit, instead keep working on recruiting new members but also keep working on waking up your sleeping beauties. 

Here is why you shouldn't give up your hopes in your sleeping beauties and your business.
For a simple reason that they are still in your genealogy downline report and they didn't opted out of their SFI business account. This only means that they are still interested and it gives me hope that one day they are thinking about coming back online and work. They are only waiting for that right time when their ready. 

I am blessed and grateful to have such an amazing working Team Leaders in my team, and I am so proud of them all. I love helping and showing support to my team. I don't only consider them a part of my team but I also have made an amazing friendship, I consider them as part of my family. Wish they would all know how much I appreciate every each one of them.

This month I have been working so hard to recruit members into my team.
Today I got 23 PSAs/POS, from which 50% went to my DDs and and another 5 members to my EA member. 
One of the reasons why I love having my own personal advertising FB group.
My Methods of recruiting are:

Hello Donald-

I have found facebook very agreeable as of late. It asked me if I wanted to place jobs wanted ad in their new format in jobs. So I posted wanted team affiliates with a brief description and I could ask qualifying questions. I had five replies in the first week as it reached out 100 miles around me. I also posted for online shoppers and rewardical members with a brief description. I gained a team member, a PRM, and 2 triple-clicks members all of which I need in the area to promote stores and use it as a recruiting tool for future stores. I have also posted on their marketplace system with no issues. I have a facebook fan page and also share it to my timeline as well as posting on my timeline. The only thing I don't promote directly is SFI links, I do that in a reply with a virtual business card and my 90-day sfi site.

The only issue I have is trying to describe the SFI opportunity in less than a paragraph without confusing them as there are so many opportunities. Then posting in work at home groups everyone calls it a scam when they are jumping on the scam opportunities ignoring a 20-year-old company with its excellent ratings for a promise of $500 a day. 

Like they say if it is too good to be true it is and they come back asking for more details. I tell them it is going to take work there is no magical money tree to rattle and have it rain down riches.

Patience is prudence

Patience Is Prudence!!! Do Yo Have It??? 

Because our lives are so complicated, we cannot devote ourselves to every part of it as completely as we might like. We can't do everything perfectly (no body is perfect), there just isn't ample time. We all need to accept these limitations and start being more patient with ourselves.

For an example, we may have a tight deadline on a project at our marketing business. In the midst of working on it, you may also be planning major renovations on your home and sending your first child off to college. Your schedule seems overwhelming, and even small things try your patience. Perhaps more upsetting is that you feel as if you are cheating
yourself and others because you feel as if you are cheating yourself and others because you feel you cannot give your best efforts at your marketing business or at home. You need to determine whether you are being unnecessarily impatient with yourself. You need to draw up a list of the priorities in your various lives, your business life, your personal 
life, and your spiritual life. 

Now, determine how much time and effort these priorities take in your lives. Then asses realistically how much time you can devote to them. Keep a log if you feel it will be helpful. Next, armed with this information in mind, plan changes. You may find that you need to adjust your marketing business, maybe you need to begin earlier in the day so you can spend more time with your family, or set project schedules that will not keep you working entire week-ends. Or maybe you may find that you need to change your personal life somewhat, maybe cut down on some current activities for the moment or postpone some travel plans.

Whatever you do, once you you establish a cleaner focus to your life, you will work more efficiently and start enjoying your life more & fully. Your leadership skills will serve you better if you are patient with yourself and with the time it takes to get things done. Bless you and yours. Bye for now.
