Introducing...the MAX MATCH badge!
Yes, there's a new badge in town today! The Max Match badge, an extension of the Max Match report that debuted last month, recognizes affiliates who score high percentages of Executive Pool matches.
Here's how it works:
Match a minimum of 1500 shares (VP) to earn the badge. Then, to RETAIN the badge, you'll need to increase your percentage of matches by a minimum of 1% from the month before.
Note: If you fail to increase your percentage, you'll lose the badge for a month, but you can requalify in any subsequent month by beating the previous month's percentage by a minimum of 1%.
For Badge Quest, the new Max Match badges scores you a big 1000 points!
So...if you currently have the badge...your goal is to increase your percentage of matches this month. If you don't yet have the badge, get yourself to the rank of Team Leader and score a minimum of 1500 matches before the end of the month.
Special Notes:
1. We'll be adding to the Max Match report guidance on exactly what you need to qualify and/or requalify each month for the badge.
2. Backdating will apply. That is, if you're short at the end of the month, you can still qualify/requalify by generating sales in your group during the backdating period.
6/19/19 UPDATE
1. There was an error in how we described the requalifications should you lose the badge. It is NOT 1500 matches as was documented earlier. Rather, you will need to simply increase your percentage of matches by at least 1% over the previous month. Example: In June you have 45% and the badge. In July you have 42% so you lose the badge. But in August you post a 43%, so you earn the badge back. Provided you increased your percentage to at least 44% in September, you'd retain the badge for September. In short, just always increase by at least 1% each month to keep the Max Match badge!
2. We inadvertently omitted mention of qualification via matches on CSAs. That is, matches on CSAs count the same as matches on PSAs and NSAs.
