1. I'm not sure who you're referring to. Forum members? There will always be an ebb and flow on the forum on what's being discussed, but I can assure you that team building is the #2 priority in SFI (only behind the #1 priority which is SALES, which greatly overlap of course). And it's the #1 priority which is why Astro Auctions are a hot discussion right now.

Why are Astro Auctions important? Because they give us a space online where we can not only compete, but make big, big waves. We've concluded that competing with online giants in straight-up e-commerce isn't realistic when you have to pay out very large amounts of commissions to referring affiliates as we do. But we CAN compete in the online auction space and online games space (which is why Eager Zebra is also a big focus of ours).

2. Don't get hung up on the compression aspect (that's a no-brainer benefit that just extends how deeply in your group you can earn). You earn on your team via overrides, same as always. To clarify, we used to pay overrides via matches on the Executive Pool VersaPoints, but the Executive Pool had become ineffective and a poor way to reward our biggest producers, so a change was made. Now, with our 48% Team Overrides system, you have the ability to earn much, much more than before and have much greater control over what you earn as well.

3. Well, that's up to you. If you only have a group that goes six generations deep, it is enough for your overrides income. But by staying at BTL, you're giving up other perks you could claim (e.g. additional shares of the Second Home CSAs) and you're not setting a very good example for your group. That is, you want everyone in your group aspiring for Diamond Team Leader, not "settling" for just bronze.

4. Team building is THE best way to earn a big income in SFI because team building brings you the huge benefits of Leveraged Income. So if by collaborating you mean to work with your WHOLE team, definitely you should be collaborating!

5. It's pretty easy to calculate Team Overrides. Just take the total CV for the generations that you qualify for (six generations for a BTL, for example) and multiply the CV by 4%. We even provide all of the CV data on your Genealogy (in top left corner) so you can do this easily.

6. Are you referring to persons that are less than 12 generations from the company? If so, yes, they can potentially earn somewhat more on Team Overrides, but I consider this a benefit they've earned, by sticking with SFI all these years (a loyalty bonus, if you will). You have the same opportunity potentially if you stick with it, too. And it's really the only fair way to distribute the overrides in their group. Meanwhile, I urge you not to look down on a $100,000 annual income just because a few that have put in many, many years of effort might be able to earn $105,000.

7. See, I don't understand that. SFI is an incredible opportunity as our nearly 20 year track record demonstrates. Show me any other company offering the benefits we do to our affiliates. It doesn't exist. But many cannot see the big picture sadly and will spend their prime years searching in vain for what they already have with SFI!. All Team Leaders who aspire to become Diamonds in SFI must learn how to see that big picture so they can communicate it to their up and coming leaders.
