Check List for Sponsors/Co-Sponsors

If possible, complete the following steps within 10 DAYS of your Affiliate's start date:  Check off your progress after completing each task.

Your role is, first and foremost: Be a friend! And be a mentor! SFI's job is to provide the infrastructure for building a business. Your job, as a sponsor, is to provide a professional, one-on-one relationship with your affiliate. Click here to find out more about being an effective sponsor.

 Contacted Terence, introduced myself, briefly described my background, goals, etc. 
 Initiated Icebreaker with Terence 
 Confirmed that Terence is reviewing or has completed LaunchPad. 
 Added Terence to my newsletter mailing list (view sample newsletters and other e-mails here). *TIP* 
 Discussed Terence's goals, family, etc. 
 Informed Terence of incentives, if any, you offer (free leads, SFI Gift Certificate, etc.) to encourage affiliates to accumulate VersaPoints and become an Executive Affiliate. 
 Informed Terence of any special support resources I offer, such as co-op advertising, team newsletter, my Facebook page, my private Team Leader forum, etc. 
 Offered general assistance setting up Terence's business, answering questions, providing direction, etc. 
 Provided my contact information (e-mail, phone number, IM address, Skype number, WhatsApp, etc.). 
 Discussed the marketing methods Terence plans to use to build his/her SFI business: 
 Confirmed that Terence has reviewed and understands The Diamond Plan.

NOTE! Don't stop after the above 11 steps! Continue to work with Terence. Make sure Terence is following The Diamond Plan and continue to stay engaged with Terence, while providing quality support and assistance at all times.
