contains great tip
When you send an e-card it goes to their e-mail address. Outline something that's new here at SFI. Tell them you're new here and your feelings about SFI.
We have had folks in the Forum who are doing great and will tell you that they sat for months without doing anything. Others will tell you that people have started out of the blue who have been inactive for a long time. Don't give up on them.
It seems to be a bit controversial the idea of re-assigning inactive PSAs but if a person is struggling with language issues or they would be more comfortable speaking with a person from their own culture, sometimes it is a good thing to re-assign them. (Check your benefits chart to see when you are eligible to do re-assignments). Another thing you can try is to send them to the Forum for their country. Just click on the blue lightning bolt up by the GO button on this page, scroll down and they can see their country or region and speak to those from their own country.
