Today i received one PSA from my upline via opti-build just because he relog after 10 months of innactivites. So when i hear people saying it is a waist to keep innactive PSA's, i guest they are completly wrong cause people will come back when they are ready to work. That's why it is important to comunicate to all your team even if they sleep, it will take only one good e-mail to wake them up from the deads.

P.S. If you have people with a diferent language send them the e-mail in their language using google translate.
Just by doing that one of my russian PSA reply to me today.
