Must Read Post (Practical Post)

 must-read post
Building a team in SFI to me means having people follow you, do the same or similar things as you, with the sole purpose of earning an income; not just for yourself, but for your team members as well.

In fact, if your main goal is to earn an income for yourself, you may have a difficult time getting there. Because the people that make the most money, and the ones we look up to the most, are the ones who build their businesses to help other people.

If you help other people to earn an income in this business, by default, you will earn money too. The whole point of team building in network marketing should be to help other people reach their goals.

In fact, I believe that is why Gery Carson has kept the program free to join. And remains free if someone chooses that option. His goal is to help other people earn an income online. But investing in your business will get you to your goals faster; investing some money, investing some time, and investing in your downlines' success.

So that you can help other people here, you have to make sure you understand the program. That doesn’t mean there is only one way to be successful in SFI, because there are several different paths affiliates can take to reach their goals. But, you must be comfortable with the different ways people can earn money here; and if they ask you, then you can point them in the right direction.

But my focus here is what has worked for me. And my path to EA2 every month starts with purchasing 125 TCredits. What we have to teach our downline then is the value in 125 TCredits.

Previously, I said that my purchase every month is treated as rent I have to pay to keep my store open and stocked with product. This is just how I look at it, because I have had my own business in the offline world, so I know how that works.

However, we get more with the 125 TCredits than just a rental payment. So what do I do with my TCredits? Well, I spend 2 credits everyday on an Eager Zebra game, and a Pricebenders auction.

I get 1VP each for spending the TCredit, and 1VP each for the playing the game. I get loyalty reward points (MRP) for playing the games (5 MRP) and double MRP (10) for the Pricebenders auction. That is because I choose to bid only on the double MRP auctions.

Not to mention I get 37 MRP when I purchase the TCredits.

I keep the rest of the TCredits in my balance. I will use them at some point in the future. Anyone else can use them for whatever they want, and earn more VP and MRP. But I make sure I have enough TCredits for the EZ and PB tabs everyday so that I can turn them green. Turning all 12 tabs green everyday gets me an extra entry into the Daily Grand.

As far as VP goes, I earn 1500VP when I make my purchase. That ensures I make EA2, and gets me shares into the TripleClicks Executive Pool. Plus, because my purchase is a Standing Order (SO), I get an extra 100VP around the middle of the month after commissions have been processed.

The other reason for being an EA2 is that if any of my PSA’s reach EA2 or higher ranks, I cannot get the VP associated with that (supporting your PSA's) until I make EA2. So I make sure I have my SO setup early in the month. It just makes the most sense to me.

So, if you can become EA2 every month, it might be easier for your PSA’s to follow you if they know you are committed to doing the same thing.

There are other ways to becoming EA2, but this is the path that has worked for me, and I believe it has worked very well for other members in my downline.

More to come later.
