“ I love this vacuum. It is quiet, doesn't spray dust everywhere and it is easy to clean the dirt out of the canister. The only negative is it comes with a European plug so you would need an adapter if you live in the US. ”

“ The item came with a plug that did not fit into plug sockets used in Switzerland. Seems also not to be any European plug, as this would have fit. Emailing the problem did not lead to a response in due time. Don't know what to do with the cleaner, right now. What are people thinking when sending electrical devices to an other country without plugs fitting for there??? Is it just ignorance? Can't understand this. ”
