I wanted to follow up my
post and several others about the idea of spending $1.99 per day to build your
SFI business. This is a financial comparison between this plan, and purchasing
125 TCredits and 100 TCredits on Auto Delivery to reach BTL.
Here are a couple of assumptions:
1. You already have 5 PSA's under you to be able to reach BTL.
Here are a couple of assumptions:
1. You already have 5 PSA's under you to be able to reach BTL.
2. Doing your daily, weekly and monthly tasks have been taken out of this comparison, because they cancel each other out. You can do them or not, it won't make any difference.
Purchasing 1 TCredit a day for 30 days will cost you $59.70. You get 30 TCredits over the month, and 300 Rewardicals. You earn 3060 VP, which qualifies you for BTL.
Spending your 30 TCredits
on games or auctions will earn you another 300 Rewardicals. Redeem your
rewardicals for 200 VP. Total VP for the month is 3260.
At last month share value,
that is $1.17 in commissions. Your expense for the month is $59.70 - $1.17 =
$58.52. Your purchases contributed $16.20 to the executive pool.
Purchasing 225 TCredits on Auto Delivery will cost you $65.25 You get 225 TCredits and 58 Rewardicals. You earn 2700VP.
Purchasing 225 TCredits on Auto Delivery will cost you $65.25 You get 225 TCredits and 58 Rewardicals. You earn 2700VP.
Spending your 225
TCredits on games or auctions will earn you another 2250 Rewardicals, which is
a total of 2308 Rewardicals.
Redeem them for 769 VP. Your total VP for the
month is 3469. At last month share value, that is $1.24 in commissions. Your
expense for the month is $65.25 - $1.24 = $64.01. Your purchases contributed
$12.66 to the executive pool.
Overall, purchasing 225 TCredits on Auto Delivery will cost you $5.49 more than if you buy 1 TCredit per day, and you will contribute $3.54 less to the executive pool than if you buy 1 TCredit per day.
Isn't spending less per month but contributing more to the Executive Pool better for everyone? And you will reach BTL anyway?
Seems like a very real option to me!
