Focus is critical! Instead of trying to change current habits we should insert NEW habits. The biggest challenge is to choose habits that support our personal lifestyle goals. One of the biggest mistakes I've seen is habits not being in alignment with goals. Start with the end in mind and work backwards toward your daily actions.Leon McKee
